If you can’t run a large gym cable ball that is fitted on your gym cable – some machines like cable crossovers have narrow cable outlets at both ends as an example. You need a solution which can fit through the narrow gaps on the cable path. The 4060 fitting is one option. 

Once you have measured and cut the cable to the desired length, you just need to swage on the included bell end fitting. Then it is matter of simply running the cable through the machine. When it is in place you just position the eyelet housing in place. To secure it in place you just tighten up the screws.
